Pack Group Training Sessions

Pack Group Training is the best way to have a session with your personal PT as many times in the week as your heart desires! This is not a class because we don't believe one size fits all.

For your safety and results these sessions are coached by two of our highly skilled pack leaders (Personal Trainers and Physiotherapist) who set up a fun and invigorating session incorporating functional movement patterns performed in sequence and interspersed with high intensity cardio.

Pack leaders move through the group teaching correct movement patterns and tailoring exercises to the individual to ensure you're not putting yourself at risk of injury.

These sessions are designed to boost your metabolism, enhance fat loss, increase strength, improve conditioning, performance and aid your body's ability to cope with whatever life throws at you.
Paired with MyZone you'll not only get an awesome workout but instant feedback on your effort to keep yourself accountable.
