Pack Session = Motivation, accountability and results!

If you're keen to enjoy the company of others as you work out then our Pack Sessions are a perfect option.  
They not only build your health and fitness, they challenge you, they keep you accountable, they inspire you, they motivate you and they connect you with others.
Pack training is an innovative, effective and fun group based session overseen by two of our highly skilled trainers (pack leaders). 

Why two trainers?
 To ensure that you maximize your workout time with professional guidance and plenty of encouragement to reach your goals quickly and safely. 
Because here at The Hubb we don’t believe that one size fits all so our pack leaders ensure you’re looked after throughout the session.  
Pack leaders move through the group teaching correct movement patterns and tailoring exercises to the individual to ensure you're not putting yourself at risk of injury.

Pack Lite Training Sessions

  • Nervous about joining a pack session?
  • Wanting to get fit and strong following rehab from injury?
  • Keen to add a lower intensity pack session to your week?
  • Ready to strengthen and tone post baby?

You will be guided by a Hubb trainer and Back in Action physiotherapist.
Just like a pack session - but low impact and low intensity! For those who want a lighter option in their week, or who are new to the Hubb. If you're lacking in confidence in the high intensity environment but want to work on global conditioning and confidence with movement this is the session for you!

Pack Training Sessions

These sessions are designed to boost your metabolism, enhance fat loss, increase strength, improve conditioning, performance and aid your body's ability to cope with whatever life throws at you.

High in intensity low on impact. Get the results you're after without putting strain on joints.

Paired with MyZone you'll not only get an awesome workout but instant feedback on your effort to keep yourself accountable.

This approach also allows modification of exercises to meet your personal strength and conditioning and ensure you're enjoying every minute of it and getting RESULTS!

Pack Pilates Sessions

Our Mat pilates sessions focus on the fundamental principles of pilates integrating mind, body and breath to give great muscle tone and heightened awareness of posture and form. 
These sessions also utilise foam rollers, pilates power circles and bands to enhance the workouts.

Pack Flexibility Sessions

When you’ve worked hard in your pack sessions and need a recovery session, why not try our  flexibility session. Better still, try it before you join the pack and make sure you’re limber enough to run with the wolves! 

The Flexibility Pack sessions incorporate methodologies from yoga and modern dynamic stretching regimes to enhance joint ranges of movement, muscular and soft tissue flexibility. With some Tai-Chi influences thrown in for good measure, you’ll be on the road to nirvana in no time!
