Pilates Reformer
Beginner
The Pilates Beginners Course is a 6 week program introduction to the pilates reformer.
This beginners course will equip you with the fundamental principles of pilates and basic exercises to kick off your pilates journey.

Please note these sessions do not include a tailored pilates program. These individualised plans are developed within a 1:1 personal training session.

So if you want to work on your posture, strength and flexibilty goals then book in and learn the benefits of pilates by grounding yourself first with the basic principles.

Classes Times are:
  • Monday - 12:30pm - FULL!!
  • Wednesday - 5:30pm  - FULL!
  • Thursday - 10:30am -  1 SPACE LEFT! - Starting soon!!
  • Friday - 1:30pm -  1 SPACE LEFT!

Pilates Reformer
Intermediate
The Pilates Intermediate Course is a 6 week program extending on from the beginners to equip you with additional exercises to continue with in your own program or to enjoy in the class environment ongoing.

To join an intermediate class you will need to have had previous pilates reformer experience/ training or 1:1 pilates input.

Please note these sessions do not include a tailored pilates program. These individualised plans are developed within a 1:1 personal training session.
So if you want to work on your posture, strength and flexibilty goals then book in and extend your pilates knowledge.

We are currently taking registrations for the next block which will commence when the class is full.

Corrina Paine
Corrina has Bodymind Pilates certification and is a qualified classical  pilates instructor (Mat) and classical pilates reformer specialist, she has been teaching pilates for the last 10 years and LOVES it!

Katherine Ray
Katherine has been working as a Pilates instructor since 2005P
She completed her post-graduate diploma in Pilates with the University of Technology Sydney.
Kath has vast expereince utilising pilatres for sports training, pre-and post-natal Pilates and injury recovery.
